Boulder Marathon Conspiracy?

Boston Marathon qualifiers or cheaters?
I’ve gotten a few emails telling me to look into the results at the Boulder Marathon 2009. Let’s point out a few anamolies.
Here are the 12th and 13th place for the women’s race:
