		<description>Watch out...those ST&#039;s mean &#039;stability&#039; I think.  That means it has a high arch, which might counteract the minimalist idea, despite having a light weight.

I wore the yellow Brooks ST&#039;s for a few years of racing...I just retired them last year, not knowing or thinking that it was a &quot;stability&quot; racer(trainer).  But then, I&#039;m taking this knowledge from a running store guy around here...</description>
