That means it has a high arch, which might counteract the minimalist idea, despite having a light weight. I wore the yellow Brooks ST's for a few years of racing...I just retired them last year, not knowing or thinking that it was a "stability" racer(trainer). But then, I'm taking this knowledge from a running store guy around here... Watch out…those ST’s mean ’stability’ I think.
