I was happy to break 40 miles for the week, that was the goal. The 12 miles on Sunday felt good, I took it easy but I didn’t feel like that was a long way to run or anything like that, so that’s always a plus. I’m racing The Fast & The Flurry-ous this weekend in Boulder, should be fun, I don’t race many Cross Country races.
The redesign of RunColo is now complete. Hopefully you like the looks of it.
Kurt Warner, that guy continues to amaze me. Growing up I always rooted for St. Louis professional teams, but I was rather young when the Cardinals moved to Arizona, I am still a die hard Cardinals baseball fan. But when the Rams came to St. Louis, I started following them, even in their abysmal years. I always admired Kurt Warner, plus he is from Iowa (like myself and even born in the town that I am from) so when he led the Rams to the Super Bowl in 1999, I think I watched every game of the “the greatest show on turf.”
Since moving to Denver, I have become a Broncos fan, but I will be rooting for the Cardinals all the way come Super Bowl time. I’m still just amazed at Warner’s career, everyone knows about his rise from stock boy to the Rams, but the guy was left for dead after 2003 and then to come back in 2008 and to beat out Heisman Trophy Winner Leinart and then lead the Cardinals to three upset wins in the playoffs is truly amazing, that guy has a ton of heart and courage.

Trying to figure out why the runner in the right side of the banner has an RSS logo on his chest. Maybe he is a super hero runner?
