Week in Review – 3/23 to 3/29

3/23 – 4 Miles Easy
3/24 – 7.1 Miles with 15 Minutes @ 6:24 pace, one minute recovery, 15 minutes @ 6:22 pace, windy.
3/25 – 7.1 Miles
3/26 – Snow Day, off!
3/27 – 5 Miles Easy
3/28 – Snowboarding at Beaver Creek
3/29 – 15.5 Miles on South Platte Trail, Easy

38.7 Miles Total
Core Work 3*15 Minutes

Another so-so week, I would have been over forty for the week if we didn’t have the huge snowfall on Thursday, well that and I chose to go snowboarding on Saturday instead of running. Oh well.

The Platte River Half Marathon this Sunday should be interesting.
